Refund Policy - the basics
At Nu Hormone we strive to provide exceptional care and personalized treatment programs. Please review our refund policy below to understand how refunds are handled for services, medications, and supplements.

1. Services and Consultations

All consultation fees, treatment plan fees, and professional services are non-refundable once rendered. This includes in-person and Telehealth visits, lab reviews, and medical evaluations. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be subject to a fee.

2. Prescription Medications
​
Due to federal and state regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once they have been dispensed, regardless of whether they are opened or unused. This policy applies to all compounded and manufactured medications prescribed through Nu Hormone.

3. Supplements and Non-Prescription Products
​
Unopened, unused supplements may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be in its original, sealed packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
4. Packages and Memberships
​
Refunds for prepaid packages or memberships will be considered on a case-by-case basis for services not yet rendered. Any portion of the package already used will be deducted from the refund amount at the standard single-service rate.
